The location places you within walking distance to Xuan Huong Lake, although expect a steep uphill trek on the way back. The soundproofing is decent enough, awesome for some chatter leakage from the hallway.

I encountered a runaway cockroach in my room, made my skin crawl, and despite notifying them, no solution or room change was offered due to full bookings. Another issue I faced was the cleanliness delay, where my double room was ready, but the quadruple room took far too long to finish cleaning, leaving my family waiting longer than expected.

Make sure you stay in the deluxe quadruple room with the view of the street. The location is peaceful and great, it's very close to many food stores and shops, the downtown and convenient shop;)))

The location turned out to be convenient. Thoroughly enjoyed the rooms, they were neat with 02 beds. The overall atmosphere was quiet, even so some staff members were not very friendly: )

The highs and the lows

Really good staff made early check-in easy! The location is ideal, with shortcuts leading to the vibrant city. Beds are super comfy sweet.

While quiet, accessing some areas is a bit tricky. Cheaply priced scooter rentals could be better maintained. Mine had a slight issue.

I stayed for 4 nights in a Beautiful Quadruple Room. The staff was super helpful with an early check-in. The location has great shortcuts to town. The room was spacious and comfortable. I wish I had found this place earlier 😊

The hotel offers easy access to many local eateries, and I appreciated the extra assistance from the friendly staff, which made our early arrival stress-free.

Thanks to the wonderful staff at Be U Hotel, we checked in 6 hours early without a fee! The spacious room was perfect for our group, and the location provided ideal shortcuts to the town. The bathrooms were roomy and well-maintained. I wish I had discovered this hotel sooner!

Who knew I'd need a lifeguard for the flooding situation? Oh, how I love paying for laundry after a hotel 'disaster! '.

Affordable prices, accommodations were satisfactory, 3-star worthy with clean rooms including a double bed and a modern bathroom, and the staff was friendly.

The peaceful location of this place makes it convenient to visit eateries, restaurants, markets, and shops within walking distance.

Upon arrival, I got a clean twin room with a shower screen bathroom, which I really enjoyed.
